The Research On Social Work Intervening In Constructing Adolescent Resilience

Resilience is the ability of individuals to repair themselves after setbacks,to recover and even surpass their expectations,which can be learned through learning.Adolescence is a special period in our life.This period of teenagers face ego identity and role conflict of chaos.The healthy growth of the youth is a great test in complicated changeable social environment and ubiquitous internet world being full of the diversified values of scores.If youth don't have the resistant ability to face difficulties,they will produce domino type on the psychology and behavior of a chain reaction under pressure,affecting the normal study and life,even causing deviation and deviant behavior.The youth is the successor to the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,the future of the country and the hope of the nation.However,the society's cognition of resilience is insufficient and the attention is not enough in our country.Hence,it is necessary to study the resilience culture of youth.The author take the city of Shenzhen PW community "come on boy" project as an example to research social work intervening in constructing adolescent resilience,and know the plight of the youth in the area,the status of art force and the process and results of social work intervention,then in the view of social work putting forward some suggestions and thoughts on the basis of participation.The full text is divided into five parts.First,it introduces the background and significance of the study,the domestic and foreign literature on the resilience,the definition of the main concepts of the social work,youth,resilience.The dominant view theory,social support theory and the methods of research involved in this paper are expounded.Second,the paper concludes the plight of the teenagers,art and the training needs of art forces through investigation data and contacting with the community youth.Third,the program of "come on boy" and their training contents from personal ability,family support and community mobilization are briefly introduced;Fourth,the paper summarizes the effectiveness of program in the training of resilience of youth,and puts forward the deficiencies in the intervention system,training methods and professional ability of social worker on the basis of empirical research of the "come on boy" project.Fifth,some thoughts which are about the social work involved in the development of resilience for youth are mentioned based on the concrete process of the project and the literature reading in the early stage,such as linkage mechanism of individual,family,community,school system,according to the different art force level of youth to provide training mode,strengthening training of the professional knowledge and skills for social worker and changing the correct model to the preventive model,etc.
