The pupil students’ enrollment adaption decided to their future school and lifelong learning attitude and orientation, decided to each student’s physical and mental health, even in a deeper extent affect on students’ future academic achievement and social achievements.China is a multi-ethnic country, the study on Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture of children enrolled could contributes to let more people pay attention to and support of Tibetan children’s education, at the same time can be more intuitive to reflect the problems on the preschool children school readiness education,provide some empirical support and reference on Tibetan children’s admission and school readiness educationThis study applicates the "primary school children enrolled in adaptation questionnaire","primary school children adapt to the interview outline" respectively investigated in the144primary school lower grade student’s matriculation adaptation level. The results are as follows:(1) The adapt to the overall level of lower grade primary school children in Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture is on the low side, the entrance of maladaptive student number accounts for almost half of the total number of, The learning adaptation level scores were significantly higher than the level of social adaptation. Most of the students in learning habits and skills for good, but the social adaptation have maladjustment problems.(2)The students who did not go to kindergarten in terms of learning adaptation field or in social adaptation, which adapted to the situation were significantly weaker than on the kindergarten students, especially have a greater gap in the Chinese language adaptation.(3) In addition to learning habits,the education effect of kindergarten children’s learn skills, academic achievement, social skills and social emotional are showing a slow downward trend in the second grade.(4) Boys in the social emotional adaptation is weaker than girls.(5) The children who raised by grandparents in the aspects of the adaptation were lower than the raised by parents. This is mainly due to the low enrollment rate (the majority of children lack of acceptance of preschool normal institutions education opportunities), kindergarten education quality problems and farming herdsman family education is not perfect and so on. Finally, research put forward the following four proposals:(1) Through the reasonable layout, special funds, many forms of garden to universal preschool education, and then to improve the enrollment rate.(2) Establishing relevant systems and regulations, training responsible person and teachers to improve the quality of kindergarten education problems.(3) Carried out a comprehensive "bilingual education",training the "bilingual" teachers.(4)Implementating compensation education in the primary school stage to the never went to kindergarten students.
