Beginning of the new term,school attendance at lower grades for long periods of time has become "The first lesson for children".It is one of the realistic problems that many schools are paying close attention to whether they can adapt themselves to school life as soon as possible.Based on this,the study is based on the perspective of Sociology of Education,the author made all of efforts into the school daily life of students,collected the first-hand information about the behavior of primary school students,showed the difference of students' acculturation in school,and analyzed the causes of these differences.Hope to provide theoretical thinking for the students for passing through the critical kindergarten to primary school period smoothly.The researchers will conduct specific observational studies in two secondary classes:classroom and playtime.When the young students out of the family into the school,they will face the role of conflict.The school has become the main field of the system of children's acquisition and the various forms of social interaction.In the process of school culture adaptation,the students' individual culture conflicts with the requirements of the school's specific identity,so it shows the behavior of obedience or resistance.As the school system spokesman--teachers not only teach knowledge to improve their skills,but also command the role of students of school social institutions and carry out school system standard so as to promote the socialization of students.Schools and teachers use of a variety of finetechnology used in the conduct of students to regulate their behavior,and make futher efforts to achieve spiritual internalization in the process.In the face of the different control of teachers,the students with polarized behavior choose their own peer groups to form small groups to face teacher's control and discipline because of the individual cognitive orientation.In school culture,Small groups form their own sub culture.And they play a unique role for students to adapt to the school culture.Therefore,the teachers and peers are significant others for students to adapt to the school culture.In addition,the family is the first place for the socialization of children And student's behavior is the epitome of family.The Family Cultural Capital and the school culture request is high to promote the student's school culture to adapt,otherwise the opposite result.Therefore,teachers,peer groups and families influence students' school culture adaption together And they promote the transformation of students' role.However,in the era of multielement the school has a multi-cultural.This is a problem which makes we think deeply.When the school reflects the mainstream culture of the society and guides the children to conform to the social standards,they should also pay attention to the differences and collisions between the students.
