In the education equity social background, the school education should providespace for all men and women students with equal harmonious learning environmentand development. However, looking at the current education reality, the teachersare lack of awareness of gender equality and schools ignore gender equalityeducation, the whole school educating process, especially the teachers and studentsinteraction still exist the combination of dominant or recessive gender stereotypes,such as skewed gender equal.This study takes a Yu Lin middle school named F for example. On the one hand,by a lot of class listening and meticulous observation, we find that both in the classteaching interaction or in the classroom management and evaluation, there exist thelack of gender equality; On the other hand, by the interviews of the teachers andstudents,getting the comprehension that the traditional gender culture and concept ofgender produce negative influences. Sound teachers can breed sound younggenerations from a gender equality point of view, the teacher as one of theSignificant Others in the students growth, their gender concepts directly affect theshaping of students ’gender and students’ gender socialization.In addition, thestudents’ own gender consciousness also can influence their habits of thinking andinterpersonal, having a certain degree of side effect on their future growthIn this study, gender differences in the class environment as the starting point,on the basis of the understanding of domestic and foreign research through practicesurveys, try to deeply understand the gender bias in school education and genderdiscrimination and the resulting impact on students, and put forward relevantresolution strategies to create a fair and equitable, democratic and harmoniousenvironment for the students’ growth.through the joint efforts of schools andteachers.
