As an integral part of school moral education,class management has been paid close attention by educators and researchers.Especially in middle school class management work,because the present stage of boys and girls are in a critical period of physical and mental development,its physical development and psychological development immature,and gender development needs of men's and women's growth difference,virtually increased the class management,class and class the difficulty of the ideological work of moral education.In such education background,based on the sex differences in boys and girls of the junior middle school stage development as a breakthrough point,the junior high school class management work of the organization construction,teaching management,activity management and culture management as support,the big four to explore how to build a boy and a girl can promote personality,optimization of moral education,harmonious development of the world around him.Sex differences in the first chapter introduces option as a breakthrough and the cause of junior high school class management work instructions on gender education and junior high school class management research status at home and abroad,the second chapter studies focus on the students in class organization construction of gender on the relationship between composition and organization construction,through optimizing the class cadre team construction and standardize the development of the informal groups,to build a balanced development of men and women,the differences of personality development and has strong cohesion and leadership,execution of class organization.The third chapter on the basis of the teaching management as the core part of the class moral education,students' emotional experience of learning and mood change,time grasp and differences in thinking ability will influence the teaching effect of moral education,so the author gender based on junior high school students in learning mood,time management,the differences between the thinking ability to explore how to promote moral education class teaching management.The fourth chapter aims to optimize the management of class activities,make up the gap of teaching activities and promote the development of students' moral education by setting up diversified class activities with gender characteristics,innovating the participation methods of class activities with gender equality and establishing inclusive evaluation methods.The fifth chapter divides class culture into system culture,space culture and communication culture,discusses the differences between subcultures of different gender groups in class culture,and studies how to build a good class culture atmosphere in junior high school,so as to realize the educational purposes of cultivating students' sentiment,cultivating their personality and promoting students' moral development.
