Student Athletes In The Sport In Hunan Province Security Status And Prevention And Control Research

Student athletes is the outcome of continuous development of school sports as well asa new combination of sports and education road which the Chinese sports is exploring afterformed whole nation system.Both school,PE teacher,family and athletes will be greatly effected once securityevent occurs. The State Council of the CPC Central Committee suggestion onstrengthening the youth’s PE and physique said((2007)Number7):"enhancing themanagement of PE security and guiding youth to train safely","enhancing the managementof major sports events, do fully preparation for emergency events and avoiding groupsecurity events".It is of great significance to do a good work for student sports contests, push forwardthe healthy development of PE contest and keep students PE contest in a stable and normalcondition.This research adopted literature research, questionnaire survey, expert interview,mathematical statistics, on-the-spot investigation and also introduced security managementtheory and method to discuss the related problem happened in contests,analysis factorswhich influence the security during PE contests for students in Hunan province, all theseinitially set up the theory and method system for establishing the student PE contestsecurity organization,security plan, incidents solving methods which aims to provide theadministrator of student PE contest with the effective security management strategy andtheory guidance. We come to the following main conclusions:1, The research on students athletes sports security is means the research on studentspersonal injury happened during they attend the contests organized by educationadministrative department and school at all levels, at the aspects of gym,traffic andaccommodation which are responsible by the contract school and contest organizationdepartment,excluding the sports training factors research on coach trainingmethod,temporary wrong guidance and etc.2, Currently,the factors which influence student security during sports activities inHunan province are as follows: development of sports insurance are in an initial stage;need time to regular contest both in the aspects of gym and audience;arena medicalservices, doctors in each team need to be specialized and etc. 3, The security institution of athletes sports activities in Hunan province is dividedinto seven departments: athletes’ physical examination and insurance,venue equipmentsand facilities, stadium guard and environmental security, fire fighting for contest hotel andtransportation,medical treatment and disease prevention, other unpredictable emergencyconditions, coordination and publicity etc.4, During the athletes sports competition in Hunan province, the strategy on solvingincidents shows that safe education and security awareness is the precondition; sportssecurity technical skill is the foundation and sports security management is the core.
