In recent years, a lot of domestic and international relevant studies have shown that depressive symptoms among children is rising and an increasingly in early age.Although the children’s depressive disorder is becoming a focus for researchers in recent years,they also achieved gratifying results In the depression etiology, mechanism, influencing factors, prevention and intervention, etc.But specifically for the depression study of Senior students in Primary school is very few,in particular, there is more fewer for the depression study of Senior students in Primary school who live in rural Zhuang nationality and Han nationality. So using teacher-student relation as the independent variable, senior students’depressive symptoms as the dependent variable, with the statistics methods of analysis of variance, correlation and regression, analyzing the relationship between the depressive symptoms and the teacher-student relation,and compare the result between Zhuang and Han nationality senior students.Conclusion:(1) The Children’s Depression Inventory is appropriate for Zhuang and Han nationality senior students because of its good reliability(2) The depressive symptoms detection rate of Zhuang and Han nationality senior students is at a medium level in the existing report,the educators should pay attention to it.(3) Han nationality senior students score in the depression on the total score had significantly higher than Zhuang nationality.It is important to consider the national specific risk factors when developing depression intervention programs to target different national population.(4)To prevent and reduce the pupils of depressive symptoms, first of all is to build a harmonious teacher-student relation; Secondly, to develop depression intervention programs targeted different national population...
