The high school stage is a critical period of one of life’s psychologicaldevelopment. The high school students, with a rapidly physical and psychologicaldevelopment, are in an age of change, being extremely easy to lead to all kinds ofpsychological problems for external factors. In recent years, a great deal of researchesand surveys show that the current high school students’ psychological health is notoptimistic. Psychological health education as an important content of qualityeducation obtains teachers’ widespread attention and full participation inpsychological health education has become the demand in college quality education.At the same time the psychological health education permeating the teaching processis one of the basic requirements of the new curriculum reform. It is not only theeffective measures which basing on the “student-oriented” promote the reform of thebasic education and encourage students to develop themselves comprehensively, butalso the important guarantee culturing and delivering qualified personnel for society.Here, high school teachers in the ideological and political education stand in the frontrow for the particularity of the subject.This paper mainly takes the measures of the literature research, questionnaire andindividual interview to develop a research where the psychological health educationpenetrates into the ideological and political education of high school from the theoryand practice. It firstly concludes the scholars’ researches at home and abroad; whilethe first part with the characteristics of ideological and political education analyzesthe feasibility and necessity of the psychological health education penetrating to theideological and political education. Secondly through the questionnaire surveys on thepresent situation of psychological health education penetration in ideological andpolitical education of high school, it analyzes the main reason of the problems whichappear in the currently psychological health education penetration in ideological andpolitical education according to the ideological and political course and thehumanistic learning theory. Finally in the basis of empirical research foundation, fromteacher, student, classroom teaching and extracurricular activities it tries to putforward effective strategies of psychological health education penetrating into ideological and political education to enhance the class teaching effectiveness on thebasis of solving high school students’ psychological problems. So it makes both bringout the best in each other, and finally cultivates all-round development of thestudents.
