Quality education actually is the national education which centred by improvingquality of our nation. It must pay attention to everyone to enhance the whole nationalquality, whereas our objects of education are various persons. At the same time ofthinking highly of superior education, we need popularize education to great majority.But according to the famous barrel theory which said the height of the shortest plankdecide the height of a barrel of water, in order to enhance study lives sleepily qualityand further enhance the national quality, we should fully arose study lives sleepily toparticipate in the education teaching exercise actively, form good living habit, behaviorhabit and studying habit, follow the regularity to learn knowledge, teach them theleaning method and develop their ability. From this point of view, it is of greatsignificance to explore the potential of study lives sleepily, emphasize the concern andhelp on study lives sleepily and let not a single sleepy lag behind. This study has triedto announce the real intension of senior sleepy, form a correct cognition of study livessleepily, summarize study lives sleepily fresh origin and how to concern on studylives sleepily forever through the method of theoretical and empirical.
