As mobile technology advances, mobile learning has developed in a rapid speed.Mobile learning has break though the constrains of time and space by the advantages.Learners can attain much resources from the internet and it is very convenient to takeadvantage use of fragmentation time.In Web2.0era,the concept of "collective contribution and sharing" promotes thedevelopment of learning resources. Mobile terminals are spreading in a fast speed andthey have been important tools to access the Internet. The most commonly used mobiledevices are smart phones, PDAs, tablet pc, etc. These products also includes differentbrands and models, therefore, the mobile devices have a big difference both inappearance and function. It is an important factor for Mobile Learning that how torender resources adaptively on mobile devices which are different from each other oncomputing power, the screen size, etc. Based on the ubiquitous learning system“Learning Cell” platform, we designed an adaptive rendering model of “Learning Cell”platform, and develop an android client for the “Learning Cell” platform, todemonstrate our ideas.Mobile Learning is heavily dependent on the support of network, and it is difficultto obtain resource without network. There are two modes to connect wireless net: SIM,WIFI. However, these is also some inconveniences,it can’t meet the needs ofdownloading resources in high speed anywhere. So it acts an important role to solve theproblem of internet.To solve this problem, this study has designed and developed a prototype based theplatform of Learning Cell. The platform is developed by institude of modernEdutactional Technology of Beijing Normal University. The content in this platform is anew organization of resources,and it is suitable to informal learning and the environment of ubquitious learning. The content has the following features: granular,intelligence, processing abundant semantic information. Based on the platform, thisstudy designed an adaptively rendering model of “Learning Cell” platform, anddeveloped an android client.The client do not only solve the problem of adaptivelyrendering but also solve the problem of getting resource offline.
