With the arrival of the information age, information, matter and energy have been parallel to the three pillars of the human and social resources. Information technology education and improving students’ information literacy has become a personal survival and national development needs. Since the start of the new curriculum reform, IT courses have become the main way on training and upgrading students’ information literacy. As a young discipline, Education and teaching of IT course obtains a good development, but it also is faced with severe problems, Such as the detachment between classroom teaching and the students’ life experiences. Based on the initiative of the new curriculum idea, the emphasis of the new curriculum goals, high school IT curriculum standards, and the demand of solving the problems that High school IT teaching face, this paper presents the following topic:the study of Strategy on the instructional design of High school IT, which is based on the philosophy of returning to Life. The topic designs to study the contact of the IT curriculum and student life experience and practice, and explore the principles and strategies of the instructional design of IT.The main content of this study are the following:First of all, proposed the problems faced by the high school IT teaching, researched high school IT teaching status quo; Second, proposed the instructional design which bases on the philosophy of returning to Life, summarized three instructional design principles and designed instructional examples; Third, had a classroom teaching empirical research, summarized instructional design strategies. The research methods used in the course of the study are the following: Literature, Questionnaire survey, Empirical research and so on. The research findings and innovations are the following:Instructional design which bases on the philosophy of returning to Life ise theoretical basis; Starting from the various elements of the instructional design; Summarized the three principles and seven strategies about how improve the high school IT teaching effectively.
