Preschool teachers’discourse protects the right to education of preschool teachers, and also promote the common growth and development for children and preschool teachers. Discourse,that means the right and power to speak, is not only a social necessary rights, but also play power for preschool teachers as educators. In this study, starting from the perspective of Foucault,"discourse is power", with the Bourdieu" Field and capital" analysis tools, it examines the status of preschool teachers’discourse in the Parents’ Association. Specifically, it shows the static type and explores the dynamic process of the operation of preschool teachers’discourse and attempt to summarize the characteristics, reveal the "discourse game "in Parent-teacher dialogue, digs out the mechanism of the preschool teachers’ discourse and then analyzes their responses and strategies from prescool teachers and parents. At last, according to the different discourse types, the researcher makes recommendations for preschool teachers’discourse to return to a reasonable state.Full-text consists of three chapters:Chapter1:the origin of research and related research. Starting from two conflicting phenomena "teachers’Silence "and" Teachers’Overbearing ", it searchs for related research and gets discussion how the current situation is.Chapter2:Research background and theoretical basis. Related theory:Foucault’s "discourse is power", Bourdieu’s "field theory", Polanyi’s "tacit knowledge",and Nell-Newman"spiral of silence" to analyze ".Chapter3:Discourse in parents meeting. With Static and dynamic dimension, it describes the elements,vector, type of discourse at the parents meeting, and induces its features and operation of the process. Presshool teachers’discourse is constituted by three elements:the speaker, the listener and discourse field,play as educational discourse, business discourse, the problem of discourse, the operation of discourse is rendered by three srage:the teacher speak, feedback from parent-speech and dealing from teacher.In this process, discourse of preschool reacher shows two types at the parent meeting:"teacher control" type and "Out of control" type. On the basis of these results, the researchers found that discourse of preschool teachers shows five characteristics:space-time, competitive potential, the non-symmetry, and evolutionary. Chapter4:"To" Behind the seen--discourse game analysis and strategy. It describes the main operation mechanism:space mechanisms, identity mechanism, capital mechanism,and these mechanisms do have a combined effect---"Dispersion around". The operation of these mechanisms, parent-teacher dialogue at parent meeting as the carrier, excavates the nature of "capital competition " in the discourse in Game and then Analysis the value of strategies in use from preschool teacher and parent.Chapter5:the rationality exploration of discourse. Based on analysis of the previous four chapters, Rationality exploration in this chapter, in accordance with the type of interpretation of the operating mechanism, is divided into two parts:First, the rational regression of preschool teachers’discourse; Second, a reasonable increase of the preschool teachers’discourse.Ideal for "rule lines" of preschool teachers’discourse should be achieved "how"? Perhaps no answer, perhaps there is no such" rule line", perhaps exist but only the "ideal" and never reach, but the significance of seaching is the process of thinking and discussing.In this process, we found more problems, discovered the reality of the situation of preschool teachers’discourse and all of these give us a firm confidence that we continue to go for preschool teachers.
