Words means "speak, saying," in the process of kindergarten day life,discourse act as the important medium of interaction and emotional expression between teachers and children.However,Sociological and philosophical discourse is beyond the connotation of linguistics, discourse, it is no longer just a communication medium between discourse subjects, but further associated with power, bearing the expression of social relations and ideology. Positive and reasonable teachers' discourse will help for building a loose harmonious discourse space for the children's life and learning, promoting the development of children's subjectivity, improving teachers' professional quality. But in the reality life education practice, there is a teachers' excessive command and control to children,alienation of teachers' discourse to young children's "discipline". Bourdieu's field theory pay attention to thinking from the perspective of relationship, through understanding of the actors' microscopic world to dig the truth hidden behind, which provides a new visual Angle and train of thought for us to study the teachers' discourse.This study adopts the method of observation and interview, combining the theory of bourdieu's field, recording and analysis teachers' discourse in the field of kindergarten reality life, and analyzed the kindergarten life field of teachers' discourse style, discussing the operation of teachers' discourse in the field of life and its' strength, and the possibility of operation of teachers' discourse, finally expounds the possible way of teacher's discourse.The study found that the operation of the kindergarten teachers' discourse in the field of life is shown as: space controller over resources and symbol of authority,time-running supervisors and manners of the judge, and the system of legal, habitus of teachers, and children's obey are the main causes of why teachers' discourse could operate and crate power in the field of life. Therefore,possible way of teacher'sdiscourse mainly includes: first, awakening teachers' self-reflection, build rational teacher's discourse; Second, developing inter-subjectivity relationship between children and teacher, dispelling monological teacher's discourse; Third, liberating children, and to promote the growth of children's culture.
