| In recent years,women have played an increasingly important role in the entrepreneurial community,however,the level of female venture financing in the entrepreneurial process is very low.Most of the women who failed to start their businesses were "Waterloo" caused by a shortage of funds.Modiglian-Millier theory believes that under effective market conditions,the company’s value has nothing to do with the company’s capital structure,but the actual market is not completely effective.Existing studies have shown that external financing will positively affect corporate performance and thus affect entrepreneurship.Success rate,so it is of great practical value to carry out research on female entrepreneurship financing.In this study,we selected a questionnaire survey method for data acquisition,and conducted relevant data testing and analysis on the obtained first-hand data to explain the impact of female psychological capital on entrepreneurship financing and the intermediary effect of social capital.It helps female entrepreneurs improve their venture financing from their own psychological capital and social capital.This article describes the research background and significance of female entrepreneurship.After combing and summarizing the relevant literature,the variables involved in the research are reasonably measured,and the data obtained are tested of reliability and validity.And then hierarchical regression analysis found: female psychological capital and the dimensions of hope,self-efficacy,optimism,and resilience have a positive effect on their venture financing,and social capital plays an mediating role in the relationship between the two,and it completely mediates the impact of female self-efficacy and optimism on their venture financing,thus adjusting.The basic assumptions lead to the final mediation model.In order to make up for the shortcomings of female entrepreneur capital research in the field of entrepreneurship,and provide a subjective and objective reference for the improvement of female entrepreneurial success rate. |
