Thirty years of reform and opening up, the CPC Central Committee and the State hasalways attached great importance to the ideological and political education. This is not only a higherdemand on the ideological and political education, and also pointed out the direction forimprovement and improve the ideological and political education. The scientific concept of development under the guidance ofideological and political education, must adhere to the concept of people-oriented.The ideological and political education is a long, gradual process. The need for systemsthinking, the overall deployment, and comprehensively promote.
