Study On The Professionality Of Chinese Football

This thesis is based on the theory of the sports humanity and the sports sociology as theplatform and regarded the development of the professionalization of the Chinese football as theresearch subject. There are many research methods such as methods of documentation, logicalanalyses, expert interview, case study and so on. In this thesis the development of theprofessionalization of the Chinese football is analyzed and indagated systematically, and on thebased of clearing up the development history of the professionalization of the Chinese football,and aiming at the present situation and the development trend of the professionalization of theChinese football, it discusses the success and the existing problems during the developmentprocess of the professionalization of the Chinese football from various angles and different levels.And according to these success and existing problems, this thesis puts forward thecountermeasures and methods of the development of the professionalization of the Chinesefootball and all these methods are in order to improve the healthy development of theprofessionalization of the Chinese football and the level of Chinese football, and make theChinese football into the top of the world early. The main achievements of the Chineseprofessional football include fitting the law of the development of the world professional footballand walking into the track of the world football development step by step; getting rid of theoperation mode of planned economy and transforming into the mode of the market-orientedeconomy and forming the maturer commercial operation style and the more independent footballindustrial system; establishing the relevant regulations and increasing their legal consciousness;economizing the existing football resources and promoting the healthy competition consciousnessof the football employees; enlarging the influence of football and improving the personal andcommercial value of football; providing professional experience for other sports and promotingthe development of the sports market in China. The main problems of the Chinese professionalfootball during its development include the mismatch of the management mechanism and theprofessionalization; lacking of the legal laws about the professional football; irregular of themarket operation; the destroy of the trade of the money and right to the professional footballfoundation; the nonprofessional employees; the slowing training of the reserve persons andreducing of the football population; the missing of the" fairness""justice’’ and ’’openness’’ competition environment; the pulling down effect of the social negative public opinion. Accordingto the emergent problem during the development of the China’s football professionalization, thespecific countermeasures are the following: to give full play to develop the rules andresponsibilities of the government on the football sport; to set up the absolute authority of the law;to perfect the football industrialization mechanism and promote the football to create social wealth;to improve the quality and ability of the professional football employees; to pay attention to thesustainable development of the reserve football players; to guide the public opinion into objective;to take example by the other countries’ professional football experience. The development ofChina’s football professionalization is a system. It involves a lot of aspects through the study ofthis paper: four stages of development of China’s football professionalization; a positive role tothe development of China’s football; the approach of China’s football professionalization; theexisting problem of China’s football professionalization at present.
