The Research On The College Student Cadres’Soft Power

College student cadres is the top students, and how to improve the overall quality of them affects the development and stability of the country directly. Improving the soft power of students’ cadres and training them to be socialist builders and successors of the Chinese cause is of profound strategic significance for the full implementation strategy of revitalizing the nation through science and education. It also has profound strategic significance to accelerate the grand goal of socialist modernization, ensure that our country always remain invincible in the fierce international competition to ensure the realization of building a well-off society, as well as to ensure that the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Based on the dialectical materialism premise and the related literature materials, using the comparative research method, case study method, discussion method, combined with the actual work, this paper attempts to discuss this problem from the three aspects.The first chapter deals with the scientific connotation of soft power of college student cadres’ and the significance of its training. This chapter, based on the the meaning of soft power and the existing research results, elaborates the significance of the research of student cadres in universities, namely the "what".The second chapter is about the objectives and principles of the college student cadres’ soft strength cultivation. This chapter analyses goals and principles of the college student cadres’ soft strength cultivation, namely,"Why", to pave the way for putting forward the countermeasure.The third chapter puts forward the main measures of cultivating the college student cadres’ soft power.
