With the continuous improvement of the level of China’s industrialization and urbanization, the constant expansion of economic development, the accelerating pace of the transformation of the rural surplus labor force, more and more rural young people came to the city to work. They can not take their sons and daughters with them to educate, and live together, and can only entrust the elderly or relatives to take care of their children. As a result, the increasing scale of a special group-rural students left appeared. The parents of the rural students left were usually not at home for a long time, resulting in the absence of their emotional and a range of psychological problems. Furthermore, the low educational level and over-indulgence of their grandparents led to their grades and behavior not best of man, which led to many social education issues. Teachers, as the purposes of education and the pacemakers of students, should tutor the learning of the rural students left, dredge their psychological problems and standardize their behavior. Schools, as one of the main activities of the rural students left, have the responsibility and obligation to educate and manage them effectively. However, relying solely on the power of the schools, the problems of the rural students left can not be solved fundamentally. It needs more mutual cooperation among social, school, family.From the psychology of the rural students left, based on the schools, combined with the family and the community, the paper analyzed the practical difficulties of the rural students left in learning and life, and their inner needs to explore effective education and management methods. The aim is to solve increasingly prominent rural students left education problems to make the rural students left live a healthy life and learn happily. Then, our schools can become more harmonious. The paper is divided into three parts:Part I:The main problem of the rural students left and the significance to strengthen its education and management. In this part, we analyzed the psychology of the rural students left and summed up the characteristics of their psychological problems to lay the foundation of solving the problems of the rural students left education. From the rural students left themselves, their parents and the schools, the paper argued the significance of strengthening the education and management of the rural students left. It made a necessity argument for the topics.Part Ⅱ:The current practices and plight of educating and managing the rural students left. This section mainly introduced some basic practices of educating and managing the rural students left, as well as some problems existing in the education and management of the rural students left. And it analyzed the reasons for the difficulties in the rural students left education and management, which put forward the solutions to the education and management of the rural students left in accordance.Part Ⅲ:The suggestions to further strengthen the education and management of the rural students left. Against the problems of educating and managing the rural students left, this part gave the advice from the hardware, internal mechanisms and funding of the school. But also it explored how to improve the methods of the education and management of the rural students left to make them accept the school’s education and management from the heart.
