Since the 1980 s,the implementation of the reform and opening up policy has opened the prelude of China's urbanization and industrialization.China's economic development has entered a new stage,and at the same time,a large number of redundant laborers originally engaged in agricultural production have migrated to cities.At the same time,migrant workers were born into the cities to make great contributions to the country's economic development.On the other hand,while improving their living conditions and environment,they have to bear the drawbacks brought about by such long-distance working methods-“Stay behind.Children.The generation of Left-behind children are bound to encounter many problems in the process of growth.In addition,junior high school is an important stage in the development of life.The children who are left in rural junior middle school can not be cared for by their parents,and the guardians have different degrees of supervision,and the physical and mental conditions are mature and mature.It is very important to manage your own life and learning well.As a first-line teacher working at the grassroots level in rural areas,the author uses the left-behind children in the seventh to ninth grades of the Jixian Second Middle School in Jilin Province as the sample to study the local self-management ability of left-behind children..To explore the current situation and problems of self-management skills of left-behind children in rural junior middle schools,and to propose corresponding methods and measures in order to better develop,develop and improve the work of left-behind children's self-management skills.This dissertation consists of the following five parts:The first part is the introduction;it mainly expounds the question's proposal,purpose and significance,the research status at home and abroad,the definition of the core concepts,and the research methods.The second part is the investigation and analysis of the status quo of self-management ability of left-behind children in rural junior high schools.First of all,the author collected questionnaires,collected questionnaires and interviews to collect the required information.Then the author revealed the current status and existing problems of the current rural junior high school children's self-management skills by collating and analyzing the data.The third part analyzes the problem of self-management ability of left-behind children in rural junior middle school.The author conducts research from the four dimensions of society,family,school and individual.There are two aspects of the social aspects,namely,the concern and care of the left-behind children in the society,and the misdirection of the mass media.The reasons for the family are: the lack of parental demonstration education;and the guardian's care for left-behind children.The sense of education is not strong;there are misunderstandings in the three ways of family education.The reasons for the school are: the limitations of educational conditions and educational concepts;the reasons for the personal aspects of weak rural teachers are: lack of self-confidence and personality deficiencies;lack of self-management of the three reasons.The fourth part is the strategy of self-management ability of left-behind children in rural junior high schools.In this part,the author proposes training strategies from the four dimensions of society,family,school and individual.It is respectively a society that should create a good social environment for left-behind children.Parents should change their educational concepts and position themselves correctly.Schools should create a good campus environment for left-behind children.Left-behind children must improve their self-management awareness and constantly improve themselves.The fifth part is the conclusion of the research.This part points out the limitations of the study and the lack of conclusions.It is hoped that the follow-up researcher will put forward the issue of improving the further research.There will be more on the self-management skills of left-behind children in rural junior high schools.People participate in discussions,invest in research,and find solutions.
