In the process of china’s industrialization and modernization, unbalanced economic development between china east and west, a large number of rural young labor force migrate into city for work, left a special group in rural areas-children left-behind. Children left-behind relative lack of family education, education problem of children left-behind in the respect of psychological, morality, studying highlighted. Children’s healthy development gradually developed into a serious social problem.Education problem of children left-behind not only related children’s healthy development, but also related to rural citizen’s quality, related to social prosperity and stability. This paper argues that, in the case of relative lacking of family education, absence of social management. Rural primary school should play a dominant role. This study through rural primary school class sponsor questionnaire survey of15cities in Hubei Province, Conduct a field survey of two rural primary schools. Summarize the status of education and management, analyze the main problems, try to optimize the rural school’s education and management countermeasures.The study found that, most schools do not have special education and management organizations for children left-behind. The vast majority of school lack of psychological counseling room. More than50%school create file for children left-behind, established safety education management mechanism, but it need to be improved; Cultural and sports activities is less, children left-behind lack of individuality display platform; Most class adviser well evaluation of school’s education effectiveness; This study suggests that, in the contexts of examination-oriented education, school educational function is weakening gradually; Together with the education resource shortcoming, and hardware limitation. Rural primary school teachers aging serious, relevant professional teachers are extremely scarce, and so on. These factors are very conducive to the education and management of children left behind, is not conducive to the healthy growth of children left-behind.In order to solve the education and management problem of children left-behind. Government should strive to create a good educational environment for the healthy growth of children left-behind, specially:Increase investment in rural primary education funding, improve rural primary school’s education conditions; Strengthen the training of rural school teachers, improve teachers’ ability and level; Perfecting related management system, optimize the evaluation system of education and management of children left-behind. The school should start small, Implement various education management measures. Schools should improve the institutions and personnel, improve the leadership responsibility system; Strengthen the school-home contact, to ensure effective communication. Refine the file of children left-behind, improve the effect of education; Build psychological counseling room, strengthen mental health education; carry out the safety education and management mechanism, to ensure safety of children left-behind; Create colorful cultural and sports activities, promote physical and mental health of students. Sound appraisal incentive mechanism, efforts to form a joint force of education and management. Class sponsor should carry out the details, play the key role, make well of home visiting, grasp student situation; Heart care, warm heart; Build a great class collective, mutual education; Home-school interaction, effective communication; Strengthen cooperation, form the joint force.
