With the rapid development of social economy,the process of urbanization in China is accelerating,and the imbalance between urban and rural development is becoming increasingly prominent.More and more rural labors are migrating to cities,forming a "left-behind" group in the vast rural areas.The focus of early society is mostly on Left-behind children,but with the increasingly prominent contradictions,left-behind adolescents have gradually gained social attention.Especially in recent years,the rate of juvenile delinquency in China has been rising,and most of them are left-behind youth.Therefore,the education and management of Left-behind youth has begun to receive extensive attention.China has gradually established a management model based on the psychological characteristics of rural left-behind adolescents in constant exploration,but the practice proves that these measures can not solve the problem of Left-behind adolescents well.To ensure the healthy growth of Left-behind adolescents,we need to start from the cooperation among the government,society,family and society.Based on the analysis of the relevant educational management theories of rural left-behind adolescents,this paper studies and expounds their management model and education model.While analyzing the educational management measures,effects and cooperation of the government,schools,families and social educational institutions,it opens up a new way of thinking for the educational management model of Left-behind adolescents,and improves the educational management level of rural left-behind adolescents.The level of social cognitive training of Left-behind adolescents has certain application value.Taking the rural left-behind adolescents in Xinzhou City,Shanxi Province as an example,the first part briefly discusses the background,significance,ideas,contents,methods and innovations of this study,and summarizes the research status at home and abroad;the second part explains the relevant connotation and theoretical basis of the education and management of rural left-behind adolescents,for the follow-up research.In the third part,in order to obtain the most authentic data and data,and to make the research results more convincing,the actual situation of Xinzhou area was investigated through questionnaires and interviews.Based on the research results,the current situation of rural left-behind adolescents and their education management in Xinzhou was analyzed.On the basis of combining theory with practice,this paper focuses on the analysis of the problems existing in the education and management of rural left-behind adolescents in Xinzhou City and their causes.The fifth part,aiming at the problems existing in the education and management of rural left-behind adolescents in Xinzhou City,makes an in-depth exploration,and innovatively puts forward that school education is the core based on the psychological characteristics and needs of rural left-behind adolescents.Government administration as a guarantee,family education as a supplement,and social education as a supplement to the multi-party collaborative mode of education management,that is,through the collaborative mode of education management among the government,schools,families and social education institutions,to strengthen the attention and management of Left-behind adolescents,to help left-behind adolescents develop in an all-round and healthy way.
