The Investigation About The View Of Choosing A Job For The Postgraduates In Northeast University

To postgraduate, the view of choosing a job is a general view about vacation worth, vacation ideal, vacation target and so on. It guides and decides the whole course of choosing a job for postgraduate. As the backbone of our country in the construction of political and economic civilization, the conception of choosing a job is related to the strategy that rely on science and education to rejuvenate the nation, and also it decides the prospect of our state construction.Market economic system has been established by our country, our culture has been changed, and two-way selection of employment has been founded, the conception of graduate students of choosing a job has been affected by these changes. So there are some new conception appears which do not adapt to the development of the society and it is not good for reasonable employment. Under this big background, how to help graduate students form a scientific orientation about how to choose a job is a task which deserves to research and explore for academia.This article is based on the graduate students of northeast university;it surveys the current situation of the conception of choosing a job, finds some problems, analyzes the influence factors, and advances some countermeasures about how to help the postgraduates set up a scientific orientation of choosing a job.There are about five main chapters in my paper, in chapter one, the writer has an introduction to the background of choosing the topic.In chapter two, it shows the investigation result by all kinds of status and charts. In chapter three, by summarizing the feature of the current status, the writer pointed out some problems underlying in postgraduate employment problems. In chapter four, from inside to outside the writer analyzes the possible factors affecting postgraduate employment. In chapter five, some countermeasures from the aspects of postgraduates, colleges, society and family are proposed.
