The Influence Of Self-consciousness On College Students' Choosing Jobs And The Countermeasures

With the continuous progress and development of society,higher education gradually changed from elite education to popular education,the total number of college graduates has been high year by year.At the same time,the state of college graduates' employment policy adjustment and reform,the employment market competition is more and more intense,the employment pressure of graduates is also increasingly prominent.In the face of this situation,college students career choice has become a hot topic of social concern.This requires college students to establish a correct view of career choice according to reality.The formation and development of career choice is a changing process that is influenced by the political,economic,cultural and educational factors.The report of the 18 th CPC National Congress stressed that "employment is the foundation of the people 's livelihood,leading the workers to change the concept of employment,encourage multi-channel multi-form employment,promote entrepreneurship to promote employment,do a good job of college graduates as the focus of youth employment.But for college students,their self-consciousness is still in the process of development,the level of self-consciousness is not perfect,which is not conducive to their career in the process of forming a correct career concept.Therefore,improving college students' level of self-awareness by strengthening their self-awareness education can help college students to understand themselves when they choosing jobs and make them set correct and proper concept of obtaining employment.This paper analyzes the problems and causes of college students' career choice,analyzes the problems existing in college students from the perspective of self-consciousness and how to cultivate the correct self-consciousness in career choice.This paper consists of five parts.The first part is the introduction,which expounds the background,significance and research situation of the study of college students' career choice.The second part elaborates the theory of college students' career choice and self-consciousness.Analyzes the meaning of career choice and the characteristics of college students' career choice,and the meaning and composition of self-consciousness.The third part investigates and analyzes the present situation and the reason of self-consciousness of college students in career choice.From the performance of career recognition and attitude,career criteria and orientation,we can analysis the college students' view of career includes the confliction of self-awareness and selfexperience,the low of self-control ability and the unclear of social needs.The fourth part elaborates the necessity of self-consciousness in college students' career choice.In-depth analysis of sound self-consciousness is the necessary factor for the development of college students' mental health,personality formation and career success.The fifth part elaborates the countermeasure of establishing the correct self-consciousness in the choice of career.From the social,family,school and themselves to cultivate the health self-consciousness of college students.
