This article is based on English language learning situation of information technologyresearch and application of the creation, focuses on how to use information technology tocreate English language learning scenarios, and create English atmosphere, creating thereal environment to learn English, as well as research through practice in informationtechnology validation means under the creation of scenarios to promote junior high schoolEnglish teaching to enhance student interest in learning and English scores.The author of two levels of theory with practice, junior high school English class onthe Scene system analysis, to explore its features, boldly created the English site to assistteaching. There are four parts in the vocabulary learning website. Each section is forstudents to create a life closer to the actual story as much as possible, so as to make iteasier for students to understand the content, make it easier to use the content. Researchresults show that, using vocabulary learning website creating situations in English classwill change the way students learn, change students ’ learning skills and interest in learning,and break time and space constraints, the actual realization of interaction between teachersand students and life. The final semester test shows the useful of vocabulary learningwebsite.This article attempts to use literature research, survey research for elaborating, butalso through teaching experiments and surveys, to prove that the scenario based on thecreation of information technologies to promote student cognitive and affective learning,and improve the quality of English teaching is effective. It can help students change fromdislikeâ†'likesâ†'loveâ†'eagerness. Compared with traditional teaching methods andteaching, it can stimulate students interest in learning English, change the attitude ofstudents, train the pupils’ ability to use English, so students can apply their knowledge in areal context, pass information, exchange thoughts and feelings more comfortably inEnglish.
