Since the reform and opening up, the school education has made greatdevelopment, especially the implementation of arts education in the primary schoolinstitutions for quality education to carry out protection. Practice has proved thatmusic education to the students of the physical and mental development, the moralshaping, aesthetic ability has a positive role.
