In 2011,the Ministry of education made the new music curriculum standard,which brought great changes to music education in primary and secondary schools.In the course of the implementation of the new music curriculum,the primary and secondary school music education in our country is guided by the socialist core values,which plays an important role in cultivating the students' good aesthetic interest and humanistic quality.However,the formulation of the new curriculum standard has undoubtedly brought great challenges to the music education.Through the investigation of the music literacy education of the students in Yichun,it is found that there are some serious problems in the school hardware input,the teaching level of the music teachers,the awareness of the parents on the music literacy education and the students' own musical accomplishment,which leads to the development of the music literacy education in primary and secondary schools.It's very smooth.In the process of implementing music literacy education,it is mainly to improve students' understanding of music,the basic knowledge and professional skills of music,and then to comprehend the connotation of music,and lay a foundation for the good development of the future music literacy education.Especially in the era of highly prized for competence education,the cultivation of students' musical accomplishment can not only be confined to the classroom.In the extracurricular practice activities,students are required to master the relevant professional knowledge and skills,and to cultivate the emotional experience of the music by cultivating the aesthetic interest,and to grasp the musical elements in the music.The form of expression in art improves the quality of music.This paper,taking the music teaching practice of two primary schools affiliated to Yichun Vocational Technical College and Yiyang school in Yichun as the main line,analyzes and investigates the current situation of students' music literacy teaching in both primary schools in Yichun,and puts forward some suggestions and countermeasures.This article is mainly divided into three chapters to analyze the status of pupils' music literacy education,mainly to find out the current status of pupils' musical accomplishment,find out the reasons,analyze the reasons and solve the problems,and finally put forward the strategies to improve the development of the pupils' musical accomplishment.
