As a product of the information age, network has entered many household, it has brought us a lot of convenience while learning, communication, shopping, also brought some adverse effects. The dangers of those bad network content to ideological and moral qualities of high school students with rapid growth is huge, mainly as follows:the formation of impacting high school students of positive attitudes, values and worldview, fuzzying or even reversing the high school students on the concept of honor, and some fell into the network who can not addict and studied,then become the addiction patients,and some high school students imitate the bad web content to thelf perpetrators, commit crimes, which bring the social, family, and himself a disaster, and more importantly affect our beautiful future. There are many reasons for this adverse impact, national social inadequate management, and the poor and not enough family education and school education guide making the students light and secondary school students experience, the ability to identify, self-control,lack of capacity. Therefore, to eliminate or reduce the adverse impact of adverse network for high school students, it needs the joint efforts of countries, schools, families and students themselves. Countries needs manage network from the legislative and institutional strengthening. Schools should strengthen ideological and moral quality education of high school students, guide students Internet access to make a real effort from the rich students life, health network and the proper education for secondary students. Family parents, to learn the knowledge of science tutoring, constantly care and attention the child’s behavior to guide their children healthily and civilizedly Internet. Also note that research and develop the green network software,using modern technology to clean up and optimize Web content,and improving ideological and moral qualities in order to ensure the healthy growth of the middle school students. Therefore, a comprehensive analysis of the status of students’ ideological and moral in the new era, and the understanding of the factors of the problem, seeking the ideological and moral education for middle school students countermeasures, has great benefit on the students’ ideological, moral and healthy development of major theoretical and practical significance.First, using of the theoretical knowledge of pedagogy, psychology, sociology and law, I make investigation and analysis of secondary school students in the Internet, the proposed network development trends and what’s popular in secondary status, pointing out that the network characteristics of the negative impact on the students’reasons and preventive control measures. From the perspective of ideological and political education to analyze the underlying causes of its formation, which can provide a theoretical basis to reduce and prevent the negative impact of the network for middle school students, high school students ideological and moral qualities, and also pave the way for subsequent research and provide a theoretical foundation. Second, youth addiction and adversing effects of the network have become a global social problems, which like drug trafficking, drug abuse, environmental pollution have become a worldwide public hazard. China’s netizens have reached457million, mostly for young people, and dueing to the adverse effects of the network to commit crimes, the situation is worsening, the healthy growth of the students and the family harmony, campus security, social stability posed a grave threat. So, I think the whole community should strengthen the comprehensive and in-depth study of the adverse effects of network issues. In this thesis, efforts through researching networks in-depth analysis of the causes and adverse effects on the students, I’11put forward some practical, workable recommendations and specific measures to prevent and reduce the adverse effects of the network for high school students. This is effectively to curb the adverse effects of the network on the students’physical and mental, to ensure the healthy and smooth growth of high school students to promote the social civilization, harmony and progress has tremendous practical significance.In short, the Internet age changes a lot in values and lifestyle and so on. These changes bring a new topic in the moral education and in our network environment. We can not ignore the problems of adolescents in a series of network society, and can not tolerate these networks of social problems increasingly caused by young people moral anomie. We have a long way to carry out the campus network Civilization Project. High school students are the future and hope, whose ideological and moral qualities are related to the progress of the times and family well-being and social harmony. The network has entered the household,which brings high school students a lot of convenience to learn and grow, also brings some negative effects, especially the poor web content has the greatest impact on the ideological and moral quality of our secondary school students. This is a major social problem that requires concerted efforts of family, school and social aspects. As long as we proceed from the future of our country, our mission and historical responsibility to take measures to reduce and prevent the proliferation of bad network, it can effectively curb the adverse effects of undesirable Internet content on the students. To ensure that high school students’learning progress and healthy growth, we must take the positive ahead of response measures, innovative methods of work, patient and meticulous ideological and moral education, which will enable young people to get the healthy growth, moral education in a new situation and to create a network environment.
