Network is a two-edged sword,its transmission of information quickly so it have highefficiency. Then it brings convenience to the people's life and work, and people have moreleisure time. But it changed people's thinking and it has great impact on the children. With thepopularity of the network, the network has become a moral issue;it is become the secondquestion to the development of network technology and strength of the two major outstandingissues. Youth is in a period of values, moral awareness, moral sentiments and moral conductare very unstable, and they lack the society experience and the ability to distinguish right fromwrong. Since no profound moral awareness, the lack of stability in the light of standards,values become prone, tempted. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen the network ofinformation on the selection and training of judgment. In addition, because the Internet is aunity, but more hidden, self-discipline is particularly important, ethics and self-disciplinebased on the need for clear, as the yardstick. So it is imperative to strengthen the network ofethics.The Internet Addiction Disease (IAD) is called Spiritual opium, Electronic drugs bypeople today. It endangers the physical and mental health of pupils. This kind of children is aspecial group. There are many reasons make the students like network: the reasons of thenetwork, physical and mental development in children, the family, the schools and the society.The negative impact of the network can not be ignored: it disrupts the positive role of moraleducation of school;form the correct outlook of life, world outlook, values;it stimulates thestudents' desire adverse;it damages their studies and health;it distorts the students' sexualconcept sexual morality.How to guide students to use the network correctly is important issues which relates tosocial development. The society, schools and families should resolve the issue together.Besides, we can learn from the advanced experience of other countries and find suitablesolutions.
