This research is divided into two parts, the first part questionnaire revised, the second part is the study on the relationship between the. The results showed that men and women are altruistic consistency and moral environment identity, moral self consistency factor has very significant gender difference. In the0.001level, female students have average scores than male students high.Human performance consistency, altruism consistency, moral environment identity, moral self consistency factor in grade level significant difference, the later multiple (Post Hoc test) is that:in the interpersonal expression consistency factor, grade1and3, grade1and4, grade1to5, grade1and6were significantly different, first grade students score the highest. The results show that interpersonal consistency, altruistic consistency, moral environment identity moral identity of each factors as middle school students age changes.Different areas students in human performance consistency factor, altruistic consistency factor, moral environment identity factor, moral self consistency factor significant differences, the city students’ scores were significantly higher than rural students.Men and women born in class environment on the total have no significant differences, but in the competition, order and discipline factor significant differences, among them, the boy in the competition score higher than girls, girls in order and discipline in higher than that of male students.Class environment scale other factor and class environment in different grade scores were significantly. Middle school students in class environment most factor and. the total score, score high city than in rural areas.Fourth, high school students moral identity, class environment and bullying significant correlation between.Fifth, middle school students moral identity and class environment on bullying has forecast function, class environment in moral identity and bullying the mediating role between certain.This paper on the basis of past research, mainly analyzes the students moral identity, class environment and bullying relationship, theoretically further understanding the bullying behavior of the high school students, from the practice to effectively prevent and control high school students bullying behavior to provide certain reference and theoretical basis. In this paper, the significance of education is due to bullying and middle school students moral identity relationship more closely, teachers and parents to more attention to students’moral psychological state. According to the results of this study, class environment in moral identity and bullying the probability of the mediating role between part, class environment in moral identity and the bullying the probability of the mediating role between part.
