The problem of school bullying has always been an education and social problem facing by global school education and student development.With China's social transformation and the continuous progress of reform and opening,school bullying in primary and secondary schools shows the characteristics of malignancy and complexity,which has attracted increasing attention from governments and society at all levels.From different disciplines and research perspectives,In-depth study of the performance,development mechanism and prevention and control of bullying in primary and secondary schools has become an important realistic subject in current theoretical research.This thesis takes a new perspective from the perspective of caring moral education to analysis of relationship between school bullying problems and school moral education and its governance.It has important practical significance for enriching the research perspective of school bullying and promoting the healthy development of students' physical and mental health.The stage of junior middle school is the multiple period of school bullying,it is also a crucial period for the development of students ' individual morality.This research focuses on the problem of school bullying in junior middle schools,take the examples of the day school S middle school and boarding school N middle school in H city,S province.Through literature research,questionnaire survey and educational narrative research methods,etc,comprehensive analysis of the reality of junior middle school students' bullying behavior,focus from the perspective of caring ethics and moral education to explore the relationship between the occurrence and development of junior middle school students' bullying behavior and the development of individual morality,to clarify the performance of school moral education environmental problems in the current junior middle school students' bullying problems.Based on this,this research guided by caring moral education theory,put forward the suggestions and countermeasures to rebuild the social environment of moral education and solve the problem of school bullying.The research found that school bullying is a common problem in junior middle school,and the development of school bullying has obvious individual differences.Compared with non-bullying students,bullying students' attitudes and methods of bullying are more negative,the bully's moral judgment on bullying is significantly lower than that of non-participants,and show a certain degree of deviations and problems in moral cognition,emotion,will,and behavior.According to this study,the issue of school bullying is closely linked with the issue of student moral development,and it is the result of the combined effect of individual moral knowledge factors.Through narrative research,it is found that there is a clear relationship between the occurrence of school bullying and the lack of caring in school moral education.Research suggests that we should build a school moral education social environment based on caring relationship,actively prevent and deal with the problem of bullying in junior middle schools.First of all,in the school moral education environment,teachers should enhance their caring for moral education and enhance teachers' caring sensitivity in order to establish a caring relationship between teachers and students;School management should eliminate control-type moral education management concept and improve concern education;Courses should be enriched in moral education practice courses,providing care giving opportunities.Secondly,in the family moral education environment,it is necessary to optimize methods of family moral education and improve the quality of caring moral education.Finally,in the social moral education environment,it is necessary to strengthen social support,form the joint force of homeschooling,and build an online environment that promotes the development of a caring and moral education environment.
