Mankind has entered the information society since twenty-first Century.Information technology is at an amazing speed changing people’s way of life and theway of learning, it is also an urgent need for us to change the traditional teachingmethods.Multimedia Information technology has challenged to the traditional teachingmethods and teaching models.Mathematics is a very abstract subject. In senior high school, if we applymultimedia technology to the classroom, that will make teaching more figurative,diversification and Visual, it will conductive to fully reveal the formation anddevelopment of the concept, display of mathematical thought processes. At the sametime, we can write out simulation shows with strong control by using interactivemultimedia technology features, fully reflect the number shape union idea inmathematics, we can get twice the result with half the effort in class. If we can make themost use of multimedia-aided teaching, not only can we improve the quality of teaching,but also can cultivate students’ information literacy in order to adapt to the new society.However, our use of multimedia aided teaching is still at an early stage, manyintegrated teaching is just base on “teaching” instead of “study” some even pursuit thevariety ways of teaching at the expense of ignoring the effectiveness of it. So themultimedia aided teaching of multimedia technology needs to be purposeful andeffective use of multimedia technology in the teaching, it is used in every aspect of theclassroom teaching. Just give it teaches more in favor of teachers in helping studentslearn. And it will play an extremely important role in developing the students’ initiativeand creativity.Therefore, on the base of studying psychology,communication theory,audio-visualtheory, constructivism learning theory,systematical scientific theories;concentratingon the teaching concept of “combination of Leader-subject” and combining ofMathematics features and standards of secondary schools,the application of informationtechnology into mathematics teaching certainly is a meaningful try.The following problems:1. premise of multimedia-aided teaching;2. Principles of mathematicsclassroom of multimedia-aided teaching in high school;3.Application ofmultimedia-aided teaching in senior middle school mathematics classroom integrationpoint. To the above questions, the author gave the thoughts and proposal. Due to lack oftime, the author didn’t research all the courses in high school, but I will do furtherresearch for future work later on.
