The21st century technology of rapid development has brought the reform and innovation in all walks of life to emancipate our minds, as a strategic target and the sustainable development of education is in constant innovation to adapt to the new times of need. Therefore, the state education reform, the foundation to promote students’ active participation, ready to explore, diligently begin, cultivating students’ collecting and processing and information, the ability to acquire new knowledge, analysis and problem-solving skills and the ability of communication and cooperation for direction; High school information technology course training target also points out, want to cultivate students’ information literacy and improve the students’comprehensive abilities of all. But in the classroom, teaching, students, or was old enough emphasis on information technology, under such circumstances, how to teach high school information technology, become the people concerned hot. This article chooses the multimedia project learning mode, and studied from two aspects of theory and practice in the course of high school information technology implementation of multimedia project learning has carried on the preliminary exploration and practice to explore.The first part of papers expounded subject research, summarizes and analyzes the background based education reform trend, high school information technology course training target changes, high school curriculum facing actuality of information technology; The multimedia project learning research status points both in domestic and abroad made literature material research; Meanwhile points out that the purpose of this study and meaning, in the teaching practice how to implement the multimedia projects learning, but applying multimedia project learning can solve the information technology teaching theory and practice in the problems of the separation, whether in the teaching practice perform well in cultivating students’ information literacy goals, improve discipline learning effect; And clearly the research contents, idea and method, through the content analysis, questionnaire, experimental comparison, interview analysis.The second part of the multimedia project learning related concepts and theoretical discussed in this paper. Multimedia project learning through students plan, design, and completing a multimedia works of the learning process to obtain knowledge and ability of learning ways of creative solutions to problems, from multiple levels promoting human development. This part of the characteristic of the study of multimedia project designing principle and summarized, and develop multimedia project implementation, the general flow of learning into7stages:set learning goal, analysis the learners’ characteristics, teachers teaching, selected projects, to make project plan, learning activities, achievements exchanges and evaluation.The third part is the teaching design part of high school information technology course redesigned the teaching material contents, pick for implementing the study content of multimedia project learning. Meanwhile the information technology will be required in the basis of the information integration "sixth chapter and the content of the network technology application" take the fourth chapter of the site and5establish theme of the dynamic web pages "chapter combined for the theme, merger, and on the website of established media projects for example, according to the general flow of learning implementation designs the multimedia project case studies, and through the test, questionnaire, interview analysis on the effects of teaching practice, the validation multimedia project learning in Shi Yang high school of yancheng city when information technology application effect.The fourth part further expounds multimedia project learning teaching methods, which can effectively improve students’ information literacy and comprehensive ability. To summarize the experiment process, and points out that the practice reflection of should be paid attention to during some problems.
