Consumer ethics that people engage in consumption activities must follow the basic principles of ethics,a direct regulation and regulating people's lives and consumerbehavior consumer a range of ethical principles and ethics. This paper discusses the construction of harmonious society under the consumer ethics, which gives consumer ethical characteristics of the times, in order to inject new consumer ethical factors. Consumption activities are the main consumer spending based on a certain need of some means, through a certain form of social interaction and consumption achieved by the interaction between objects. Here's consumption needs, objectives, means and social interaction have a strong social characteristics, not only embodies the interests of the relationship between human factors, but also includes the moral standards and value judgments, thus, the reality of consumption is not purely economic, which also penetrates into the meaning of ethics. Consumer ethics evaluation is an important content of the activities in the human spirit, through good and bad judgments that people are acts of others or their own consumption, positive or negative, the bias in favor of or against the attitude and at the same time regulating people's consumer behavior.The ethical principles of ethical consumption include three aspects:the principle of symbiosis, fairness principle, the principle of responsibility. Symbiosis on consumer ethical principle is the relationship between servant and the natural values of the basic ethical requirement in modern social conditions. With regard to the fairness principle is that human ethical requirements of modern consumer life; its intra-generational equity principle and the principle of intergenerational equity for the consumer is to establish a possible ethical, equitable order and the universality of the normative basis for consumption; the principle of responsibility can be as the basic concept of consumer ethics and norms of a specific launch.In the construction of harmonious society, in consumption, there are ethical issues, consumer ethical issues reflected in three aspects:consumerism and the environment with limited resources, contradictions; personal consumption ethic and social consumption ethics contradictions; consumer alienation and physical and mental well-being of contradiction. Contradictions in these three areas affect the construction of harmonious society. To address this contradiction between our quest to change the three pairs of contradictory responses. "Low-carbon economy", the term was first formally proposed in 2003 the British Government published the Energy White Paper "Our Energy Future:Creating a low-carbon economy" refers to the low power consumption, low pollution and low emission of green-based ecological and economic. "Low-carbon" economy is a development model involving production patterns, lifestyles, values and national interests of the global revolution, it is extremely rich in content. This article from the "low carbon" economic extension of that "low carbon" consumption, use "low carbon" consumption to regulate people's consumer behavior and lifestyle.In short, the "low carbon" consumption and the consumption of harmony include great significance to building a harmonious society, we need to view many of consumption ethics, consumer ethics in order to make the research system better and more scientific.
