Empirical Study On The Influence Of The PE Attached Exam In Middle School To Students’ Physical Health

The PE Attached Exam in Middle School is a particular tool to measure the sports teaching quality, also it is an effective tool to promote the reform of the sports teaching and improve sports teaching quality. With the development of the new curriculum, the sports adding test reform is carried out in many areas. In order to observe "physical health standard of China"(2007), and improve the ability of students’health, sports testing in the entrance examination is carried out from every sides in2008. In recent two years, the sports adding test tends to increase. Some people say it good while we can also hear bad sounds. This research, which is based on the sports adding test in Dalian City, Liaoning Province, analysis the effect on the sports adding test in senior entrance examination, and provide some important suggestions to improve the sports adding test and students’health.This paper uses data analysis, observation, questionnaire survey, interview survey to research and analysis. Results show that:1. With the increase of sports adding test score, student physique mean value of each test is increasing gradually;2. With the score increased, junior high school students sports exercise time is significantly increased. Personal extracurricular exercise is just auxiliary, have not become the norm;3. Different exercise time effects different physical health of students;4. With the increase of time used on physical exercise, the subjective evaluation score in both vigor inspire and mental calm shows ascendant trend, on the contrary, the subjective evaluation score in physiological fatigue and actively participate has declined.Survey results show that the influence of sports adding test in senior entrance examination is very obvious, and it also has some problems to introspection:Firstly, the utilitarian is overpowered; Secondly, the item of the test is singleness. For that reasons,the future reform of physical tests should start with the following aspects:1. We should actively develop its incentive effect;2. We should further improve and perfect the test system and checking methods;3. We should actively promote the high school sports examination and the university entrance exam sports system.
