| With the development of our society and increasing material level,people pay more attention to their health than before,and the awareness of physics has gradually developed.Moreover,the goal of Healthy China has become common sense,which will rely on people’s health among whom the teenagers are the key.Middle school students are the future of our country,the hope of our people,and the important base of Healthy China.Thus,the health of middle school students attracts the attention of all fields.In this study,in order to improve the physical health of rural middle school students find new ideas and Countermeasures of the rural middle school students;arouse the attention,fill the physical health status of rural middle school students study vacancies,create a good learning environment for their healthy growth;provide detailed feedback information for Ying Shang County Department of education and schools,and then optimize the sports Ying Shang County promote the reform of physical education teaching,at the same time,Ying Shang,on the basis of education reform and the promotion of quality education is to provide valuable reference and practical significance,for the reference of improving the education teaching work.This article through the questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics,logic analysis,screening and analysis research combined with the whole area of Ying Shang County Rural Middle School Physical test data,then the random sampling of Ying Shang County four area eight Township rural middle school to carry on the data analysis,summarized the physical status of Ying Shang County area of rural middle school students,comparing their differences and age students in the national average level,combined with nutrition,sports sociology and factors of multi discipline research,find out some factors influencing health.Research shows that the rural middle school students 2014-2015 years of Ying Shang County overall performance is steady,the boys chin up,girls sit ups and endurance run are overall downward trend.For example in 2015 in Anhui province and the overall statistical comparative analysis,close to the middle school students Ying Shang County national physical health test total score and total score of each stage in Anhui province distribution,indicating that the overall quality of students in Ying Shang County in the provinceranked data,the excellent rate in comparison with the province’s total volume data,there is a certain gap.The following conclusions are drawn as follows: 1 the rural middle school students’ lack of subjective cognition,the lack of extracurricular exercise time,the unbalanced nutrition diet,and the lack of sleep.2 rural middle school teachers are not equal in structure,gender,age and educational level.Teachers’ daily teaching cannot be carried out according to the requirements of the new curriculum standard.The workload of rural physical education teachers can not be effectively implemented,wages are low,and teachers’ professional training can not be effectively implemented.3 the family structure of the rural middle school students is complex,the parents’ cognition is not enough,the electronic products such as the mobile phone are seriously affected,and the students’ retention phenomenon is serious,and so on.4rural middle school physical education is insufficient,extracurricular activities are deficient,and field equipment is not enough.5 rural middle school supervision department is divorced from cognition and execution.Regulatory department’s decision making cannot refine responsibility to people.Development Countermeasures:1 cognitive countermeasures: increase the cognitive training of students’ physical health and improve their participation with consciousness,updating parents’ educational concept and management mode,we should strengthen teaching supervision and management of teachers and schools,standardize teaching,refine the decision-making and responsibility division of supervision department’s implementation of tasks.2 support countermeasures: improve family,school and regulatory departments’ support for all aspects of physical health development of students,and establish tridimensional relationship between family school supervision department.3 policy support: give full play to the guidance and supervision functions of the government,vigorously develop the students’ sunshine sports,and create a sports atmosphere for the whole people’s fitness. |
