From the1980s, aesthetic education in academia and education gradually draws the attention of people. The language discipline has special advantages in aesthetic education, the Chinese teachers are duty-bound to be the developers.the builders and the executor. Chinese teachers should perceive and appreciate colorful natural beauty, touching inner emotions beauty, vigorous society beauty, extraordinary splendour colorful beauty of literature and art in literary works, and effectively guide the students to perceive and appreciate the beauty, and make students learn to create beauty, which requires Chinese teachers to have certain aesthetic accomplishment.The paper based on available research results, follows the aesthetic psychology rule, and comprehensivly analyzes current situation of aesthetics teaching and Chinese teacher’ aesthetic accomplishment,by using the pedagogy,education psychology and aesthetic theory knowledge. From theory and practice, the paper proposes theoretical basis to cultivate teachers’aesthetic accomplishment and implementation strategies. This paper includes five parts.The thesis expatiates the introduction section reasons, the implications of the research and research actuality, research methods.The first chapter defines the concept of aesthetic accomplishment and secondary Chinese teachers’aesthetic accomplishment. Survey analyzes current situation of middle school Chinese aesthetic teaching and Chinese teachers’aesthetic accomplishment.The chapter also expounds the significance of improveing Chinese teachers’ aesthetic accomplishment.The second chapter illustrated aesthetic accomplishment the middle school teachers should have from theoretical.It has two aspects:outer beauty and inner beauty. Teachers’ outer beauty including its modification and poise and itself, etc. Inner beauty including aesthetic consciousness and aesthetic ability, etc.The third chapter illustrats the instantiation of Chinese teachers’ability to create beauty in the teaching from practice level.namely the ability of aesthetic teaching. It also illustrats the ability of aesthetic design lesson plans of classroom teaching, and the aesthetic ability, aesthetic teaching reflection ability three aspects,and with specific teaching cases to explore Chinese teachers’aesthetic teaching ability in the teaching activities of the concrete embodiment, so as to provide reference opinions on aesthetic teaching.The fourth chapter illustrates the principles that teachers should followe. And this paper illustrates three ways to cultivate Chinese teachers’ aesthetic accomplishment.They are aesthetic knowledge learning,practising participation and promoting aesthetic teaching.
