For Chinese teachers,Chinese teaching is the process of imparting Chinese knowledge and the process of aesthetic education practice.Chinese teachers should be the emissary of beauty,must have good aesthetic education accomplishment,have the feeling,appreciation and creativity of beauty in life,students and classroom.It affects teachers’ excavation and transmission of aesthetic education resources in junior high school Chinese teaching content,and affects teachers’ cultivation of students’ aesthetic literacy.Based on the reality and practical experience,the discussion on the composition and necessity of aesthetic education literacy of junior middle school Chinese teachers is a necessary prerequisite for studying the basic principles and strategies to improve the aesthetic education literacy of junior middle school Chinese teachers.The aesthetic education literacy of junior middle school Chinese teachers is composed of daily aesthetic education literacy and classroom aesthetic education literacy.Among them,daily aesthetic education literacy refers to the aesthetic style and influence of junior middle school Chinese teachers in their daily life.It includes the aesthetic concept,aesthetic ability,personality beauty and demeanor beauty of junior middle school Chinese teachers.It is necessary to improve the aesthetic education literacy of junior middle school Chinese teachers,which is reflected in the value and basis of improving the aesthetic education literacy of junior middle school Chinese teachers.To meet the needs of junior middle school Chinese teachers’ own development and junior middle school students’ development is to improve the aesthetic education literacy of junior middle school Chinese teachers.Finally,from the aspects of amateur life and classroom practice of junior middle school Chinese teachers,combined with the development background of aesthetic education in junior high school in the new era,this paper analyzes the three principles of service education,autonomy and sustainability.
