The latest Reform of basic education curriculum explicitly put forward to implementing state, local and school to manage the curriculum course at the same time. School-based curriculum development refers to the local and national curriculum standards formulated the basic spirit of as the guidance, concrete implementation national curriculum and local course, under the precondition of school education idea, evaluate the students of the school scientifically, make full use of the local community and school curriculum resources by school members, voluntary, independent, independent or with outside groups or individuals to cooperate, to satisfy our student uniqueness and difference of the diversity of demand and developed, for students choose course. School-based curriculum development can compensate for the national curriculum insufficiency. It also has its own unique advantages, such as arouse the enthusiasm of teachers and improve teachers’ professional development, meet the students’differences and individuality requirements.With the local culture of Chaohu, this thesis develops the school-based curriculum of Chinese. The culture of Chaohu has important cognition value, moral value and aesthetic value. School-based curriculum development of Chaohu is good for inheriting the local culture of Chaohu, improving students’Chinese accomplishment, motivating students’emotion of loving home. The support of national curriculum policy, the rich cultural resources of Chaohu, the interest and need of teachers and students provide a powerful guarantee for the development of this curriculum.The reason why I research the School-based curriculum development of Chaohu is that in the background of new curriculum reform the development and research of school-based curriculum in the boom, but academics haven’t launched any study in Chaohu and the schools of Chaohu haven’t been any standard school-based courses of Chaohu. As a postgraduate student of curriculum and teaching of Chinese do this research will fill the gap of the academic research.The Fruit of the research can be converted into standard school-based curriculum textbook. It also can inspire other colleagues to do some research on other disciplines of school-based curriculum development of Chaohu. The main theoretical foundation of the study is the pedagogy, psychology, curriculum theory, teaching theory and related theory. The method of literature search, the method of survey questionnaire, the method of on-the-spot investigation and so on are adopted.This thesis consists three parts, including introduction, text and conclusion. The text is divided into three chapters. Their main contents are as follows:Introduction:to introduce the purpose, the research status, the theoretical basic, the method and the innovation points.Chapter1:to introduce the value, condition, property and target of school-based curriculum development of Chinese about the local culture of Chaohu.Chapter2:to present the content of this course, chose the history, landscape, celebrities, literature, dialect and folk of Chaohu as the content of the course.Chapter3:to expound the implementation and evaluation of the curriculum, the first part focuses on the implementation strategies; the second part explains the evaluation principles and the content of assessment.
