In the new curriculum reform, China has gradually formed the education system of three-level course coexist with the national curriculum, local curriculum and school-based curriculum. Meanwhile, many places in China also actively raised the upsurge of the exploitation and utilization of school-based curriculum, some schools in linyi area is also without exception, also vigorously carrys out school-based courses, but there is not a more complete school-based Chinese curriculum implementing system at present. Linyi area is rich in local resources,such as natural resource, historical culture,which is an important condition to carry out school-based Chinese courses. Faced with such rich local resources, how to develop our own Chinese school-based courses with local characteristics and meeting student needs is urgent to solve problems. This paper is on Linyi’s high school Chinese school-based curriculum reform comes into being with the background.The content is on high school school-based Chinese curriculum development and implementation in Linyi, including five parts:The first part is the preface, introducing the author’s research cause, the research background and current situation, the research purpose, meaning and study method.The second part is about the definition and identification of the related concept in the article, and analysing the feasibility of linyi’s high school Chinese school-based curriculum development and implementation.The third part is conducted on the basis of the feasible development and design, according to the principle of development on the content of the options, including natural scenery part, historical culture part, folk culture, the national spirit of the part four parts. In the development and implementation, adopt elective course and activity two kinds of forms to set goals, and dominant model, demand the dominant model, conditions such as the dominant model three main implementation pattern, lets the student in cooperation, discussion, discovery learning language knowledge.The fourth part linyi high school Chinese school-based curriculum implementation and evaluation: in this part of the school-based curriculum implementation put forward three basic principles and implementation patterns; Based on this, advances learning knowledge, cultivating ability mainly sentiment and mainly three basic implementation strategy; And in the implementation of the evaluation of teachers with students, in order to continue to develop and implement the development of school-based curriculum that perfect the content; Finally proposed linyi high school Chinese implementation of school-based curriculum the overall evaluation scheme.The fifth part mainly introduces the author getting enlightenment and suffering some difficulties in writing.Through the above research to specific questions, this paper thinks linyi high school development and implementation of school-based Chinese curriculum is good for student of high school in Linyi area to Cultivate students’ all-round development and also to promote Chinese Curriculum reform and perfect the course system of primary and middle schools.
