Recent years, with the expanding number of private colleges and students in our country, there are a series of problems in the team of teachers, which have affected the teaching quality and school effectiveness, even have damaged the colleges’ future. This thesis aims to analyze the current situation and point out the problems from part of the private college teachers. Then it will analyze the cause of these problems, thus produce the advices and solutions, which can provides some suggestions on developing the quality of private colleges’ teachers.This thesis adopts literature research and comparative research. In the management of private colleges’ teachers, for reference to the teachers evaluation index system of private college from the Ministry of National Education in2009, comparing with the public colleges and universities’ teachers, there are several shortages in the management of private colleges’ teachers:1) the management system of private colleges’ teachers is not perfect, including the hiring and evaluation of teachers is unreasonable, full-time and part-time teachers are imbalance seriously;2) the team of private colleges’ teachers is instable;3) it is not paid enough attention to the mental health education of full-time teachers. The emergence of these problems is related to the national policy, the nature of private colleges and their internal management system.In this basement there are some advises:1) private colleges should increase capital investment planned and targeted, strengthen the cultivation of young teachers and introduction of middle-aged teachers to improve the unreasonable situation of the title structure, the educational structure and the age structure;2) private colleges should encourage teachers to participate in professional practice to improve the imbalance of proportion of the "Double";3) private colleges should strengthen scientific management, reform the teachers’ evaluation program, concern about the growth of teachers, and pay more attention to the teachers’ psychological counseling. Through this thesis, I hope the scientific process of the management system of private colleges’ teachers can develop slightly.
