Based on previous academic study and by means of questionaire and interview to normal university students in underdeveloped areas, the author of this paper tries to find out countermeasures of cultivaring students creativity as to promote communication and development between universities. Innovation is a crucital question for university students to study.University student’s innovative awareness, spirit and ablity are decisive to a nation’s future and fate. Students in university should be imformative, confident and critic.
