Research On The Employment Whereabouts Of Normal University Undergraduates In Local Normal Universities

Normal education,as the mother machine of education,has conveyed a large number of qualified teachers for basic education.As an important part of teachers' training units,local normal universities have made great contributions to the development of basic education in China.But the local normal university has neglected the training of normal students to some extent in the process of comprehensive school running,which is not conducive to the development of basic education in China,and is also not conducive to the development of the local normal university itself and the growth of normal students.It is of great theoretical and practical significance to discuss and analyze the employment orientation of normal university students in local normal universities.Based on the theory of job-hunting efficacy,this paper reviews and rethinks the employment direction of new Chinese normal students,summarizes the development and changes of the employment direction of normal students,and analyzes the necessity of the employment of normal students in the field of basic education.The amount of teachers' needs is conducive to the better development of normal universities and the better development of normal students.Secondly,the present situation of the employment of teachers' graduates in local normal universities is analyzed.It is considered that the location of the employment is concentrated in the city,and the industry involves many fields.Then,a case study was carried out on the choice of employment whereabouts of the 2018 normal college students in A University.The investigation found that there are four characteristics of the choice of employment,such as the number of state-owned enterprises and the party and government institutions,the small number of people in the basic education field,the choice of the selection of all industries and the choice of working places.On the basis of this,the overall characteristics of the present employment of normal university students in local normal universities are summed up as follows: the diversification of the employment,the goal of the departure of employment and the direction of the employment,and the city mainly.Then from the angle of employment policy,teachers' treatment,training quality of normal students and the individual ofnormal students,this paper analyzes the reasons for forming the characteristics of the employment of normal university students at present stage,that is,the impact of teachers' qualification admittance,the poor treatment of teachers,the lack of attraction of teachers' profession,the professional education and professional ability of teachers' students.There are deficiencies in training and the shortage of normal students.Finally,this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions to promote the employment of normal students to the field of basic education,including improving the employment policy system,improving the treatment of teachers in an all-round way,enhancing the attractiveness of teachers,improving the quality of training of normal students,strengthening the strength of employment guidance and improving the employment competition of normal students from a professional angle.Four measures to establish a reasonable concept of employment.At present,there are few studies on the direction of the employment of normal students.The innovation of this study is that it is timely to know that the employment of normal students will have an impact on the basic education in our country.By comparing the common points of the employment of normal students in the macroscopic and microcosmic,the present stage of the normal university teachers' normal university students in employment will be extracted.On the basis of the above characteristics,the reasons are analyzed,and countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.In the next study,the author will be different in the employment direction of Normal University,Local Normal University and normal college students in employment,so as to explore the differences in the training goals of normal college students and the employment of normal students.
