Study On The Optimization Of Provincial Higher Education Structure

With the development of China’s higher education, China has step to a power education country from a developing one. The need of higher education has changed according the arrival of the the era of knowledge economy which is trigger by growing economic. Higher education is by leaps and bounds forward to the connotative development. The higher requirement of the structure of the system of higher education can be put forward as well. The structure of higher education should be coinciding to the needs of the society. Although the structure of higher education research, not higher education theory and practice in a whole new problem, with the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education has repeatedly stressed the need to strengthen the efforts of the Provincial Co-ordination of higher education, the higher education structure of the provincial area. A new research topic has important theoretical and practical significance. Based on this, the paper select Jiangxi Province as the research object can learn the theoretical basis and reference to build the structure of higher education in Jiangxi Province.In this paper, the system-theory and the function of structure-theory are made as foundation. A comparison method that assembly the qualitative and quantitative reach is used as main way to narrate this paper. There are five parts:In the beginning is introduction of the whole paper including the goal of research, the method, literature review, and the concept of definition.second part introduces the provincial government to strengthen the analysis of the feasibility of Higher Education and Manpower, from four need to analyze social changes in the demand for higher education, the structure of higher education system must adapt this reality needs; part Ⅲ by Jiangxi Province as a case analysis on the structure of higher education system in Jiangxi Province as well as the main problems come to the Jiangxi Province, the existing structure of higher education system in the presence of various kinds of problems;part Ⅳ proposes the specific thread of higher education system construction in Jiangxi province by analyzing the impact of the provincial regional higher education structure factors and the regulations obey to provincial level.;The last part is a summary of the entire article and outlook.
