Since the1990’s, the scale of mobile population in our country, which mainly included migrant-rural labor, has continuously increased. And the structure of mobile population in our country has changed into "the whole family’s migration", which means if the husbands have steady job in city, they will help their wives and child live in city. The mobile population’s appearance has brought many questions, in which the education for the children of mobile population had received attention from many people. The Chinese study of the children of mobile population existed prodigious difficulty, which is affected the limit of family education environment, personal learning foundation and Individual differences. Exploring feasible teaching measure for the children of mobile population is a imperative task in current, which could help the Chinese teachers’puzzle and improve the education status of the children of mobile population.In the first part, we introduced the backdrop, purpose, content, method and technique courses, feasibility and innovation of this study. In the second part, we introduced the definition of the children of mobile population and cooperative learning, and summarized the research status at home and abroad. In the third part, we analyzed the education status in Wuhan No.59Middle School, including the circs of living and study, family education environment and schooling environment. In the fourth part, we introduced the circs of Chinese study of the children of mobile population, and then we analyzed the causes and countermeasure puts forward the solutions to the problem from school and teacher. In the fifth part, we studied the improvement of Chinese study caused by heterogeneity cooperative learning, mainly from the point of the cultivating of cooperative skill, the improving of learning attitude and learning interest, the improving and adjusting of learning ability, the improving of learning grade and personality amelioration. And then we summed up the experience in the teaching process of heterogeneity cooperative learning. In the sixth part, we summed up the frontal parts, and the new perspective in this question was also proposed for future attention.As a new and important teaching strategy, heterogeneity cooperative learning has been applied in many subjects. But the theoretic study of heterogeneity cooperative learning need more and more exploring and amending in practice.
