Secondary Vocational Education is an important part of China’s modern teaching system.In recent years,the State Council,the Ministry of Education and other relevant departments have issued a series of policies and measures.With the attention and support of the state,the system of secondary vocational education has been constantly explored and promoted.The quality of secondary vocational education has been improved,but there are still many shortcomings in the teaching practice of vocational education.Accounting Computerization is the main practical training course for accounting majors in secondary vocational school,which is very important for students to master the practical ability of accounting.However,for some secondary vocational students who have a weak basic knowledge,weak learning ability,and even no social experience,it is extremely difficult to learn and accept accounting professional knowledge.For the secondary vocational accounting discipline,if the traditional accounting professional training model is still used to cultivate talents,it will be very unfavorable for students to master the practical ability,which will cause a mismatch between the knowledge system and the market talent demand.With the development and application of mobile internet and artificial intelligence,secondary vocational schools have adopted modern technology to carry out teaching reform.Many courses are vigorously promoting hybrid teaching mode,trying to change the teaching difficulties by using this method,but they have not substantially solved the problem of the difference of starting point and thinking of the students in secondary vocational schools.Thus the teaching effect of the course is not ideal,and it is difficult to meet the new requirements of the national development on labor resources.Based on this,in order to improve the teaching quality of the Accounting Computerization in secondary vocational schools,so that students can better master the content of accounting training and practical ability,so as to enhance the adaptability of modern vocational education.This thesis studies the application of hierarchical teaching method in the course of accounting computerization under the background of hybrid teaching.Through the combination of theoretical and empirical research,this thesis analyzes the differences between job demand and personnel training,and designs the hierarchical teaching process and framework of Accounting Computerization.On the one hand,relying on the online environment to maximize the study time,the hierarchical design of teaching content from easy to difficult fully meet the diversity of teaching objects,so that students can continuously strengthen the advantages and make up for shortcomings in the learning process.On the other hand,based on the specific job responsibilities,employment-oriented teaching goals are set,so that students can earlier clear their career direction,and master the corresponding vocational capacity.This thesis mainly includes the following parts:The first part,introduction.This thesis introduces the background and purpose of the research,and summarizes the literature from two different aspects at home and abroad,focusing on the research ideas,methods and innovations.The second part,the theoretical basis.This thesis defines the concept of hierarchical teaching method,and explores the theoretical basis of research from the aspects of New Constructivism learning,mastery learning,recent development area,ARCS motivation,etc..The third part,current situation and problem analysis of the Accounting Computerization" course in secondary vocational schools.This thesis uses the methods of principal component analysis and factor analysis to arrange and assign the questionnaire data,and analyzes and summarizes the teaching status and problems of computerized accounting course from the perspective of the difference between enterprise demand and talent supply.The fourth part,the teaching design of the hierarchical teaching method in the course of accounting computerization.A hierarchical teaching process framework based on hybrid teaching is constructed to refine the teaching design from three aspects: front-end preparation,process design and effect evaluation.The front-end preparation stage is designed from three aspects: pre-class analysis,layered lesson preparation and implementation principle;The process design includes three links:pre-class online hierarchical teaching,mid-offline hierarchical teaching,and after-class online consolidation;Effect evaluation consists of two parts: process evaluation and summative evaluation.The fifth part,the implementation and effect of the hierarchical teaching method in the course of "Accounting Computerization".Select the "voucher management" teaching content in the course to carry out specific teaching implementation,by means of independent sample t-test and interview,the differences between the experimental group and the Control Group were compared from the aspects of comprehensive score and satisfaction degree.Then,to reflect on the teaching reform of the accounting computerization and put forward some specific suggestions for improvement,including that the setting of curriculum objectives should be targeted,the setting of curriculum contents should pay attention to the differences of students,the teaching process should enable each student to develop their strengths and make up for their weaknesses.The sixth part,summary and prospect.This paper makes an in-depth study on the application of hierarchical teaching method in the course of computerized accounting in secondary vocational schools,designs and implements teaching according to the characteristics of secondary vocational school students,and the teaching results are transparent and convincing,it can provide reference for training students of different levels,and also has reference value for the course reform of economics and management.
