University-enterprise cooperation is widely advocated by the current vocational education field a talent training mode, this kind of training mode can realize the society, school, student multi-win-win situation, the current university-enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode in the field of vocational education in our country, the strong momentum of development, many secondary vocational schools are exploring university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode. But because our country secondary vocational school in building of university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode is still in a preliminary exploration stage, so many schools in the talent cultivation model still exist many problems in the implementation of, don’t have adequate advantages will university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode and give full play to the role. Factors: the result is not only the talent training mode affected by a lot of students employment ability, also has caused many secondary vocational school personnel training mode for university-enterprise cooperation question, hindered the cooperation between colleges training mode.This article USES the method of combining the theory research and practice research, this study chose the Changsha finance and economics school object, with the major of hotel management for specific case, for the school factors: hotel management professional training mode has carried on the detailed introduction, and then through the schools, students, units has carried on the comprehensive survey, overall mastery of the school of hotel management professional university-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode operation. By deep analysis for the results of the survey, this paper found that the hotel management professional university-enterprise cooperation problems existing in the personnel training mode is mainly talents training target fuzzy, improper cooperation level is low, the curriculum, teachers strength weak, poor communication, etc. The existence of these problems greatly affects the quality of personnel training. Written on the specific issues, combined with the actual situation of Changsha finance and economics school hotel management major, combining the university-enterprise cooperation personnel training theory, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to the hotel management professional university-enterprise cooperation, to clear target of talent training, improve education level, optimizing the curriculum, establish communication mechanism, strengthening the teachers team construction, through the above several aspects to ensure the ascension of university-enterprise cooperation training mode.
