In recent years,secondary vocational education schools have conscientiously implemented the national policy of developing vocational education,studied the spirit of the State Council's Decision on Accelerating the Development of Modern Vocational Education,and vigorously carried out work-study integration and school-enterprise cooperation.School-enterprise cooperation has injected new vitality into the training of secondary vocational education talents,improving the comprehensive level of secondary vocational schools and the quality of personnel training.Meanwhile,the society has continuously improved the recognition of secondary vocational education.The development of secondary vocational education talents has achieved certain results.However,there have been many problems,and it is urgent to analyze and improve the existing talent training issues.This paper starts with Culinary Major of LZ vocational high-level cooking specialty in Hangzhou by adopting research methods involving literature retrieval,case analysis,questionnaire survey,and personal interview to further understand the current situation of school-enterprise cooperation personnel training in secondary vocational schools based on analysis and research.The problems existing in the mode of training the school-enterprise cooperation talents in secondary vocational schools,and suggestions for improvement in the existing problems.The paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter accounts for the introduction,which primarily narrates the research background,the meaning of the topic,the research objectives,the literature review,the research design and the research methods.The second chapter is the theoretical analysis of the mode of training the school-enterprise cooperation talents in secondary vocational schools,including “ vocational education ”,“ secondary vocational education ”,“ school-enterprise cooperation ”,“school-enterprise cooperation in secondary vocational education”,and “talent training mode”.The definition of the core concept;the theoretical basis and the experience of the typicalschool-enterprise cooperation personnel training model in developed countries.The third chapter chiefly introduces the status quo of LZ vocational high school culinary professional school personnel training in Hangzhou,LZ vocational high school culinary professional "student + apprentice ? quasi-employee ? staff" school-enterprise cooperation personnel training mode and the investigation and evaluation of the status quo of the model.The SPSS20.0 statistical analysis software is mainly utilized to process and analyze the relevant data of the questionnaire.The fourth chapter is based on questionnaires,interview results and related literature on school-enterprise cooperation,analyzing the common problems in the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in secondary vocational schools from four aspects: government,industry,enterprises and schools.The fifth chapter orientates at the problems existing in the training mode of school-enterprise cooperation talents in secondary vocational schools,accompanied by of suggests improvement.
