Since2004the implementation of a new round of curriculum reform,"teachers are theorganizers of the classroom learning activities and guide." This recognition has also beenfurther clarified. Teachers to learn, understand, fathom "the new curriculum standards", butalso to the "new curriculum standards" thinking into the teaching practice. To ensure thesmooth implementation of the new curriculum reform, teachers must be the cornerstone. Thebehavior of the teachers and the teaching of gender differences in teaching behavior isreflected in the differences, as has the international community to conduct research onteaching is very deep and mature, but both at home and abroad for teachers and teachingbehaviors of sex is still less of another less.This study were randomly selected13pairs of expert teachers in26high-quality maleand female normal classes, teaching behavioral observation, recording, analysis, calculation,and through research found, summarize, sum up the teaching behavior of teachers of differentgender characteristics.The research paper is divided into four sections:Chapter I: Introduction, described the problem, Research and theories.Chapter II: This paper describes the research objects, ideas and methods.Chapter III: analysis of26sample cases.Chapter Four: Conclusions and reflection.The main conclusions are:Female teacher preparation, classroom design and delicate, careful language ofinstruction, classroom rhythm sense of lack of ups and downs.Male teachers think critically, large amount of knowledge and explore the depth andstrong sense of rhythm, but lack the knowledge to sort out and focus distinguish.
