The new curriculum reform has been carried out nationwide. The smooth implementation of the new curriculum’s philosophy target and content depends on the teacher. The new curriculum emphasizes student’s subject position. In the process of actual teaching, teachers pay attention to the student more and more. Which content of "the knowledge of learners"(LK) should the teacher consider? what is the actual situation. What are the sources of LK? How much influence of LK on teacher’s teaching design? These issues are not discussed systematically, and the elaboration of these problems in combination with specific disciplines will be more meaningful.This paper is mainly to solve the above problems. It implements collation and investigation regarding "the knowledge of learners" of the senior high school chemistry teacher’s pedagogical content knowledge (PCK) systematically combining chemistry. Through the document analysis it arrange the specific content of "the knowledge of learners"(LK) of the high school chemistry teacher’s PCK. Through the text analysis, the questionnaire investigation and interview the paper investigates and analyzes sources of "the knowledge of learners" of senior high school chemistry teachers’PCK, the impact of LK on the teachers’ teaching design and the views of the teacher to LK. Finally, according to the results from the investigation’s data, the paper puts forward the related proposals.
