The concept of self-efficacy is proposed by the famous American psychologist,Bandura,1977, refers to the individual ’s confidence and feeling in their ability to complete atask or activity.Learning self-efficacy is the self-efficacy in the field of learning,refers to theindividual ’s confidence and evaluation of the degree in their ability to use their knowledge orskills to complete the learning task. Mathematics learning self-efficacy is learningself-efficacy in the field of mathematics performance, refers to the individual ’s confidenceand feeling in complete the learning tasks of mathematics, control their own learningbehaviors and the ability of control their academic.Self-efficacy is the factors of non-intellectual, New curriculum standards require that weshould not only train and develop students’ intellectual factors, but also emphasized theimportance of non-intellectual factors on learning academic performance. In this paper I selectone non-intellectual factors-self-efficacy research, analysis the high school mathematicslearning self-efficacy of the current situation, find the impact factors of mathematics learningself-efficacy,and on this basis, investigate the way to cultivate the mathematics learningself-efficacy.The paper is divided into five parts.The first chapter introduces the concept of self-efficacy, learning self-efficacy andmathematics learning self-efficacy, the background and significance of the question.The second chapter is the literature review section, described the research ofself-efficacy at home and abroad.The third section, refers to the object of study, research purpose, research methods andprocedures.The fourth section, using the R software analysis the measurement data, find theself-efficacy’s gender differences,academic performance differences, parents’ education leveldifferences, and emotional differences,and use of factor analysis and principal componentanalysis to identify the impact of high school mathematics learning self-efficacy factors.Chapter5, summarizes the above conclusions, against the impact of factors, proposedthe measures of improve high school mathematics learning self-efficacy, finally reflect on thestudy and areas for improvement.
